Properties ingredients
The fatty acids DHA and EPA from fish supply to the brain fatty acids necessary for proper structure and functioning of the brain and eyesight in children and adults. In people middle-aged and older support the work of the heart and circulatory system and proper vision. Their action is based, inter alia, stabilizing the cell membranes in the brain, retina of the eye, and heart.
DHA and EPA are the two particularly advantageous for the health of omega-3, present only in oily fish and marine algae. Their average consumption in Poland is far too low in relation to demand.
Vitamin E prevents oxidation of valuable omega-3 fatty acids in the body.
Supplementing your daily diet with omega-3 is particularly recommended for:
Children under 12 years of age - for proper brain development
adults - for the preservation of mental abilities, proper heart and eyes
Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
The recommended daily intake
Take 2 capsules daily with a sufficient amount of water. It is recommended that just before a meal.
